I have spent much of my career working at the intersection of communication, technology, marketing and learning.

My professional background spans marketing communications, technology, deep tech, content, strategy and education. Along the way, I have worked with technical and business audiences, built communications programmes, taught professionals and developed an increasingly strong interest in how people think, communicate and work with technology.

I am a certified Communication Coach and an Associate Guide with the School of Meaningful Experiences. I also work as a trainer, facilitator, speaker and marketing and communications professional.

Today, my work brings these experiences together through coaching, learning and development, and AI enablement.

Philosophy

I believe effective communication is about more than getting words out. It is about creating understanding.

Creating understanding requires us to examine what we assume, what we know, what we mean and what the other person actually needs to hear.
