AI Enablement
AI is a tool. The real work is learning how to use it well.
AI is a tool. The real work is learning how to use it well.
I help individuals and teams develop more deliberate and repeatable ways of working with AI. The work begins with a basic but important recognition: AI does not automatically understand your context. Good results require more than knowing which tool to open or which prompt to type.
The emphasis is not on AI tools themselves. It is on developing the capability to work with AI effectively — with appropriate context, clear standards, defined output expectations and genuine human oversight.
The practical work
Context building
Establishing what the AI needs to know about your work, your audience and your standards.
Knowledge baselines
Defining the information, assumptions and background the AI should work from.
Guidelines and standards
Setting the rules and quality standards that govern what the AI produces.
Output definition
Specifying what useful, acceptable output actually looks like before the AI generates anything.
Output evaluation
Developing the judgement to assess what the AI produces and improve it iteratively.
Repeatable workflows
Building processes that can produce useful results consistently, not just once.
Human oversight
Identifying where judgement must remain with the person doing the work.
Practical adoption
Supporting teams to move from ad-hoc experimentation to consistent, confident AI use.
This approach applies across marketing and communications and technical communication in particular.
AI Content Ops
AI Content Ops was a venture Partha started with Anant Sabane to help technical documentation professionals and organisations working to adopt AI more effectively. Rather than generic AI training, the idea was to provide training tailored to the organisation’s technology stack and workflows, followed by a defined period of support to help people apply what they had learned and improve AI efficacy. Training + context + implementation support.
